James Borsky is a composer and music educator based out of Minneapolis, MN.

He focuses on choral music, writing poignant, yet accessible music for a variety of choirs at different levels. His self-published music has been performed by high school, collegiate, and community ensembles across the nation. The University of Redlands has featured his works in concerts, tours, festivals, and their regionally acclaimed Feast of Lights. In 2014, Harvard University Choir also joined his list of distinguished performers.

James holds a Bachelor of Music degree in composition from the University of Redlands and completed post baccalaureate studies at the University of Minnesota in K-12 Music Education.

As an educator, James has taught both choral and classroom music in public school settings. He also maintains a private studio.
